How much I can expect to do with affiliate marketing with my food site?
I'm about to launch a site that has many Quick-cooking classes and recipes, product recommendations, secret ingredients, etc, I will of course link to all the stores supply line equipment manufacturers, eBay, etc. My booking is several hundred visitors a day, but maybe thousands. Someone I can give an idea of what I can expect? Thanks!
Is this your first experience with affiliate marketing? Discussing with other companies and my personal experience, affiliate marketing is much more difficult than it seems at first view. How much I can expect to do in a specific affiliate products on the market is certainly a good question. Unfortunately this is not an easy question to answer. There are many variables to consider as I would try to answer the question myself, if I place now. The first question always I wonder is: "I can buy the product at that price? If I want to buy price, I wonder:" What is a market for this product? Obviously, I can not make money with affiliate products unless someone is willing to buy. I would also like to know some background about the company and its financial management and history. If I spend my time and money to promote a product, want to know the company will be around a long time. If all goes well so far, we now have to define precisely who is the target market or markets we want to achieve and we need to know where the market segment spend their time online. Although one could say that everyone should be interested in food, everyone would be interested in cooking classes and recipes. I have mentioned only a few variables determine to what extent, if any, money you earn with a product or affiliate marketing program. Others, such as your website or marketing the written letters advertising and tracking how many people are marketing the same product or program, will also greatly affect the amount you have to do. Once assembled the Answers to these questions, you may still not know how much you do, but these answers should give you a better idea of whether or not you can benefit from this business.
