Weight loss?
I want to lose 20-30 pounds to early November. I need to know what foods to eat. Go and run or walk all days after school, too. I'm 5'9 I have a large body frame. I weigh about 190. The healthy weight range for my height is 150-170. Tips for maximizing my loss of weight in this period. Thank you.
you should do 200 minutes of cardio weeks. Remember that fat does not turn into muscle, if you need to lose fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minutes is not true, but they are not more than 60 minutes each time. No 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, and then do your weight training. 30-60 minutes of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better! Do not look at your scale as are all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check its progress, and show more tangible results.
